Panerai Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left-handed 8 Days Titanio

The first collection for left-handers by Panerai was designed in the early 1940s, which was actually for Italian Navy commandos. Nowadays, these special watches are sought-after by more and more collectors. This time, the historic peculiarity is the most extraordinary character of the brand-new Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left-handed 8 Days Titanio.

The 44mm brushed titanium case consists of a polished bezel and a sapphire crystal back which enable the movement and the power reserve to be observed through an indicator located on a bridge. The brown dial is decorated with large figures and hour makers which are typical characteristic of Panerai. In addition, there is a continuous seconds sub-dial as well as a minutes counter. However, the construction of the dial maximizes the legibility of the timekeeper for the arrangement of placing two outer discs with cut-out figures on either side of an inner disk which is made from luminous material.

The device features a unique edition with the single-button manufacture replica watches P.2004/9 chronograph movement that consists of three spring barrels offering a power reserve of eight days. Plus, the caliber is adorned with a vertical clutch and a column wheel. All the chronograph functions, start, stop, reset, are controlled by a single pusher. The seconds reset function can make sure the timepiece to be synchronized with a reference time signal. The water resistance is 10 atmospheres (100 meters).

The precious Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left-handed 8 Days Titanio is to be issued for 150 pieces only and priced at 14,900 euros with an expected launch in April.
